The Bradshaw Tennis Tournament was named in honor of Dr. Ken Bradshaw, the first President of the Cottonwood Tennis Club, and is hosted annually in the Fall by the Cottonwood Tennis Club.  The first Bradshaw Tournament was held in 1985 and was for men only.  In 1988, the women began playing in the Bradshaw.  This year (2017) will be the 33nd annual tournament.

The tournament consists of men's and women's doubles play and is open to Sun lakes and Sunbird.  There are three ability classes for both men and women.

Members sign up with partners and play against players of the same rating. In a mixed partnership, e.g. Blue and Green [3.0 and 3.5] the team plays at the level of the higher rated player - Green [3.5] level.

There is a $10.00  entry fee for this tournament !  Local charities are supported through this entry fee !

Registration for the tournament will open approximately 3 weeks before the event.
